A company is looking for a Remote Medical Benefits Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls assisting patients

Provide exceptional customer support regarding prescription benefits and verify insurance information

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and federal health care program guidelines while multitasking across internal systems

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of recent customer service experience in a call center

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must reside in or near Irving, TX

Quiet workstation with high-speed internet and wired modem access required

Healthcare experience and knowledge of medical terminology are a plus
