Responsibilities

The Business Operations Analyst analyzes and defines business needs and assists in developing appropriate solutions; Activities include evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, translation into solution specifications, and documentation and dissemination of best practices; Formulates and defines scope and objectives based on end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business needs and processes; Understands the business implications of business operations and defines solutions to support any future business requirements; analyst work activities to be directed by the team leader include both discrete projects and routines.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include :

• 2+ years of related experience in a professional role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Bilingual : English / Spanish.
