We're seeking a Loan Partner I (LP1) to support a top-producing Loan Officer and play a vital role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and client-centered mortgage process.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping systems, schedules, and relationships running seamlessly behind the scenes.
LP1 is the gatekeeper and first point of contact for new clients, responsible for making a strong first impression, setting appointments that stick, and maintaining an exceptional experience from the very first interaction.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management : Onboard all new leads and schedule consultations efficiently to maintain a minimum 70% lead-to-consultation ratio.Schedule Management : Organize and manage the Loan Officer's calendar to optimize productivity and ensure priority tasks are completed.Database & Relationship Management : Implement and track client engagement programs such as gifting, annual mortgage reviews, and event outreach.Email Management : Handle the Loan Officer's inbox by filtering, organizing, and delegating emails for timely follow-up.Client Communication : Comfortably speak with clients and referral partners by phone to confirm appointments, follow up on leads, and provide status updates with warmth and professionalism.Administrative Support : Complete expense reports, coordinate documentation, and handle general administrative tasks to support daily operations.What Success Looks Like

Required Skills & Experience
