Northern Indiana CRNA Job

  • Clinical Role :

  • This is a permanent position
  • Position 1 :

    • M-F; 10a-7p

  • 8 weeks off; NO Call and NO weekends; Must be proficient in spinals,

    • blocks, & epidurals

  • Position 2 :

    • 3 wks on / 1 wk off

  • 13 weeks off, proficient in blocks, spinals, epidurals; OB call only
