Those in corporate finance, treasury and commodities at PwC will specialise in providing financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management and commodities.
You will work closely with clients to analyse financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimisation, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions.

As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analysing complex problems to develop top‑quality deliverables. You are responsible for leveraging team strengths, managing performance to deliver on client expectations, and identifying opportunities to enhance business processes.

The salary range for this position is : $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
