💪 Local Contract Physical Therapist – Acute Ortho (Elective Surgery)

📍 Longview TX

💵 Competitive weekly pay | 36–40 hrs / week guaranteed

🗓️ 13-week contract | Days | No call

✨ Position Details

Shift : Days | No on-call

Schedule : 36 hours guaranteed (up to 40 hours / week)

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Setting : Acute care – post-op elective orthopedic surgeries

🔹 Patient Population

Acute PT following elective orthopedic surgeries (hip, knee, shoulder, etc.)

High-functioning patients with minimal comorbidities

Average length of stay ~48 hours post-surgery

Productivity Expectations

• 60 visits / week
• Treat 12–14 patients / day
• Double-booked follow-ups expected
• Focus on mobility, safety, and efficient post-op recovery

✅ Requirements

Active Texas PT license

Current BLS certification

Outpatient experience preferred , but not required

New grads welcomed !
