Motion Design Lead

Hitapps is a GameDev company specializing in Casual Games (Puzzle / Brain Teasers). We have several successful products in both categories with a combined total of over 130M+ downloads, and we are regularly featured in the top charts in the Games section.

Our culture is built on transparency, we are results-oriented and respect the improvement. Currently, we are seeking a skilled Motion Design Lead whom we will entrust with leading our motion design team and executing the motion design strategy across projects.

Your Role

Developing and maintaining best practices, workflows, and standards for motion graphics production;
Managing team growth through onboarding, regular 1to1 meetings and constructive feedback;
Exploring new tools and methods for optimizing technical processes, establishing technical standards and automating routines;
Collaborating with Creative Producers and UA Managers to achieve KPIs;
Creating advertising game videos;
Generating new ideas and concepts for advertising videos;
Tracking trends and analyzing the visual aspects of the market.

What makes you a perfect fit?

Relevant work experience in similar positions for at least 3 years in the game development industry;

Proven experience managing and mentoring motion design team;

Experience in applying AI solutions for video production and process optimization;

Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator;

Proficiency in After Effects (Compositing / Shape & UI animation);

Skills in working with After Effects Expressions;

Experience in shooting will be a plus;

A portfolio is mandatory.
