Your Day

In this role as a Guest Services Associate, you are a friendly and outgoing individual who enjoys interacting with people, and you have a knack for problem-solving and assisting guests with their needs. You are the face of our hotel, greeting guests with a warm smile and providing them with exceptional customer service. We are willing to train the right person who has a passion for guest interaction and enjoys helping to resolve any small issues that may arise throughout the day.

Your Hours

This full-time front desk position typically works Thursday - Sunday with a minimum of 35 hours.
