We're hiring an Associate Renewals Manager to manage a high volume of small to mid-market customer renewals. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your expertise in contract management, negotiation, and customer retention while contributing to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process for a portfolio of customers ($20K$50K ARR)
• Handle a large volume of renewals each month, working within 120-day renewal windows
• Review contracts, identify key terms, and prepare standard renewal quotes and agreements
• Lead renewal communications, follow-up sequences, and basic negotiations
• Proactively reach out to customers approaching renewal, addressing questions and concerns
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Managers to ensure smooth renewals
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data in Salesforce
• Generate renewal reports and document all activities
• Participate in training and development to grow your renewal and negotiation skills
