Compensation : $47,500 + uncapped commission ($75k - $85k OTE in Year 1)

Our DSJ Global Boston team is expanding! We are looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants to specialize in end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and engineering recruitment across critical industries such as Life Sciences, Semiconductors, Aerospace, Automotive / EV, Food & Beverage, and Chemicals .

As part of DSJ Global , a leading talent partner in the supply chain space, you’ll join a team that has been driving growth since our Boston office opened in 2016. Today, Boston is the third-largest office within the Phaidon International group , and we’re continuing to scale due to unprecedented demand for mission-critical and senior leadership talent .

What You’ll Do

• Full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior and executive-level roles within specialized supply chain and operations markets.
• Business development : Build and maintain relationships with clients ranging from innovative startups to Fortune 100 leaders.
• Consultative approach : Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
• Negotiation : Manage commercial terms and candidate offers.
• Earn uncapped commission for every successful placement—your success is rewarded without limits.
