Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

Job Details:

Looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You’ll design and implement scalable Dynamics CRM solutions, guide clients through requirements and configuration, and deliver high-quality outcomes across the full project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead solution design and small/midsize project implementations
• Gather requirements, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria
• Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions
• Perform impact analysis for scope changes and refine project plans

What We’re Looking For:

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM (CE preferred)
• Hands-on solution design, configuration, and implementation experience
• Strong communication skills with technical and business teams
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Certifications a Citizenship required
