Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patient needs and craft individual therapy strategies that support their unique functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Leverage evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams : Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques to ensure continued progress outside of sessions.
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatment : Monitor patient development and refine treatment approaches as necessary to stay aligned with their goals.
