About The Position

Must-Have :

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in physical therapy
• Pending licenses accepted
• First-time travelers accepted
• Focus primarily on inpatient care, with outpatient responsibilities as needed

Description :

All therapy / rehab traveler start dates will be booked 6 weeks out to provide time to process credentialing and onboarding requirements.

All travelers will be granted temporary privileges through the credentialing team.

Human Resources will reach out to the traveler directly throughout the onboarding process to collect these requirements.

The following documents are required for the credentialing application : date of birth, Social Security number, resume, transcript or diploma, education verification, and a minimum of three references (two peers and one department chair).

Support for orthopedic surgeons will be provided on designated days.

The position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 07 : 30 to 15 : 00.

Weekend shifts are census based.

Candidates must have experience in assessment, discharge, outpatient clinic, patient family education, plan of care, reassessments, safety and injury prevention, total hip replacement, total knee replacement, and wheelchair assessment.

Patients served include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

This role involves floating within the facility as needed based on patient care needs.

Candidates must plan ahead to complete all compliance requirements promptly to avoid a delayed start date.

Modules will be completed during the onboarding process.
