Facility : Largest delivery center in the region with a 40-bed Level III NICU

Model : Single-family room NICU family-centered care focus

Coverage : 24 / 7 in-house neonatologist coverage

Call : In-house; no newborn nursery coverage required

Schedule : Full-time Candidate Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Neonatology

Locum Tenens Candidates : Not accepted

Visa Candidates : Not accepted Clinical Responsibilities

Deliver advanced neonatal intensive care

Utilize therapies such as :

HFOV (High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation)

HFJV (High-Frequency Jet Ventilation)

Inhaled nitric oxide

Therapeutic hypothermia

Work collaboratively with :

On-site pediatric surgery & cardiology

Nurse-led neonatal transport team

Focus exclusively on NICU patients

Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and clinical research Team Culture
