No prior ABA experience required; we offer thorough training to get you started. Engage children through play while implementing personalized treatment plans. Observe interactions, collect data, and write progress notes. Assist children in developing essential life skills, including motor, social, and emotional skills. Help children transform challenging behaviors into effective communication skills. Make a meaningful impact in the lives of children! Compassionate individuals with experience in early childhood education, childcare, or related fields are encouraged to apply! If you're interested in advancing your career in education, therapy, counseling, or healthcare, this is a great opportunity. Must either have current RBT certification or be able to obtain it within 45 days of hire. Previous paid experience with children (i.e., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school setting, ABA, etc.) is preferred. Energetic, creative individuals who can adapt quickly in engaging environments. Reliable team players who can be counted on by clients and their families. Physical ability to move up and down frequently and be active during sessions. Tech-savvy individuals comfortable with data collection software and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams). Enthusiasm for learning and delivering the highest quality of care to clients.
