Join our team as a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Representative and receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus! This role combines excellent customer service with opportunities to grow agency business through cross-selling. You'll support clients, provide guidance on their policies, and help them protect what matters most.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with questions, policy changes, billing, and coverage inquiries
- Review policies at renewal and recommend updates or additional coverage to ensure proper protection
- Support clients through the claims process with care and professionalism
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products that meet client needs
- Build lasting client relationships to support retention and agency growth
- Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements, carrier guidelines, and agency procedures
