The On-Call Concierge provides in-person support to apartment and condominium communities during day, evening, and holiday shifts. This role is responsible for front desk coverage, resident service, guest management, and periodic garage watch / security rounds. The ideal candidate delivers exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety and comfort of residents and visitors.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor building entry, manage visitor check-ins, and enforce property access policies.
- Perform scheduled garage and property walk-throughs to monitor for safety, cleanliness, and security concerns.
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries, maintenance requests, or urgent issues.
- Maintain a log of daily activities, incidents, and visitor information.
- Coordinate with on-site staff or emergency services as needed.
- Accept and secure deliveries, packages, and mail for residents.
- Report any building concerns, damages, or security issues to property management and / or agency supervisor.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance while representing the staffing agency.
Schedule & Work Conditions :
On-call shifts may include days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.Work is performed on-site at various client properties.Indoor / outdoor work may be required, including garage watch and site inspections.Must be reachable by phone during assigned on-call shifts.J-18808-Ljbffr
