Job descriptionKnowledge of tire service, auto body repair, diesel engine repair, brake repair, suspension, shocks / struts, transmission, air brake, alignment, and oil change is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Must have clean MVR, Drug Test, pass DOT physical. Overview
Service Writer
Description : Service writer with automotive or tire service experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by coordinating service work, communicating status, and ensuring accuracy of repair orders.
- Provide excellent customer service, build rapport with customers, and follow company policies and safety measures.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain proficient computer skills to manage service records and work orders.
