Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, including electrical and mechanical issues.
• Inspect, clean, and lubricate machines, replacing worn parts as needed.
• Perform repairs and replace defective components, including motors, bearings, gears, and sensors.
• Conduct routine maintenance on a variety of bakery equipment.
• Utilize welding, fabricating, or machining skills when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all repair work.
