Front Desk Agent The Sunny Hotel – Sunny Isles Beach, FL Full-Time About The Sunny Hotel Sitting right on the sand in Sunny Isles Beach, The Sunny is more than a hotel—it’s a place shaped by genuine hospitality, thoughtful design, and the kind of moments people want to return to.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will organize, confirm, and process all guest check-ins and check-outs; manage room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations; handle payments and billing; and serve as a reliable source of information and support for every guest.

You’ll activate and distribute room keys, relay messages, respond to guest needs, and ensure each interaction reflects The Sunny’s signature service approach—warm, attentive, and authentically caring.

QUALIFICATIONS Prior cash-handling experience required.

High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.

Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; bilingual Spanish / English a plus.

Must be able to perform job responsibilities without posing a direct threat to the safety of self or others.

Safety & Security Follow all hotel safety, emergency, and security protocols.

Identify and report potential hazards or security risks immediately.

Engage in safety initiatives and contribute ideas to improve workplace safety.

Front Desk Operations Execute all guest arrival and departure procedures accurately and efficiently.

Utilize the property’s front desk system confidently to manage reservations and guest accounts.

Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

Maintain an organized, welcoming, and guest-ready front desk environment at all times.

Must be available to work a flexible schedule including AM / PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
