Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed to support elementary students within a K-12 public school setting in Central Maryland. This contract position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on student success by delivering targeted speech and language interventions in a collaborative educational environment.

Location : Ellicott City, Maryland

Schedule : Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Duration : Contract for the current school year

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy services to elementary students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies accordingly
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications :

  • Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license with CCC from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children in educational settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
