Paragon is looking for a dedicated Electronic Test Technician to be a part of our innovative team in Fort Worth, Texas!

Core Responsibilities :

  • Follow a strict quality control program (NQA1) to ensure the highest standards.
  • Conduct functional testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of complex electronic components.
  • Design, fabricate, and implement test setups tailored to specific testing requirements.
  • Perform failure analysis on various electronic components.
  • Conduct form, fit, and function comparisons of replacement components.
  • Certify commercially available components for safety-related applications in nuclear utilities.
  • Utilize digital oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, waveform generators, and other essential testing equipment.
  • Take on additional duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Desired Qualifications :

  • Ability to perform builds and repairs independently, with proficiency in tools, MTE, and equipment.
  • Experience with component-level repairs.
  • Basic fabrication skills, including resistance testing and cabling techniques.
  • Experience with circuit board repairs.
  • IPC Certification is a plus.

    • Minimum Qualifications :

  • High school diploma required; Associate degree in electronics preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of prior manufacturing testing experience (military experience accepted).
  • Excellent communication skills across all functions of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and good documentation practices, with legible writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Adherence to safety procedures at all times.
  • Effective time management, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills including file organization and email.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Experience with the following equipment : meters, Variacs, power supplies, megger, hi-pot, oscilloscope, soldering tools, and calipers.
  • A proactive attitude with persistence in finding solutions while maintaining a positive outlook focused on high-quality product assembly.

    Compensation Details : $39,000 - $59,000 Yearly Salary.
