Behavioral Health Director / Mental Health Clinician

• What Youll Do
• Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals, setting a tone of clinical excellence and collaboration
• Serve as the on-site leader providing strategic direction and ensuring all behavioral health programs meet and exceed HRS licensure standards
• Provide high-level clinical oversight while remaining connected to patients through crisis intervention and short-term therapeutic services when needed
• Design and implement treatment and follow-up plans that integrate medical and mental health care
• Champion interdisciplinary collaboration through treatment planning and clinical reviews
• Evaluate and refine behavioral health policies and procedures to ensure best practices and compliance
• Support staff development and performance through coaching, consultation, and ongoing professional growth
• What You Bring
• Masters Degree in Social Work or related behavioral health field
• Current state licensure as an LCPC or LCSW
• Strong background in clinical supervision, program oversight, and team leadership
• CPR certification and readiness to lead in dynamic, fast-paced environments
