The QARCHL1 position is a critical role within the Business Services sector, focused on delivering high-quality architectural and strategic solutions that drive organizational efficiency and growth. Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business architecture, process improvement, or a similar role within the business services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in business architecture frameworks and tools.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Enterprise Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Certification in Business Architecture (e.g., Certified Business Architect - CBA) or related professional credentials.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within the New York City business services market.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies impacting business architecture.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional projects and teams.
