License : Current Respiratory Care Practitioner License - RRT

Certifications : ACLS, Neonatal Advanced Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support

Must-Have :

• Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Understanding of indications and contraindications for respiratory care procedures as outlined in Clinical Practice Guidelines
• Ability to perform advanced cardiac life support protocols
• Ability to perform pediatric life support protocols
• Ability to perform neonatal life support protocols

Description :

The Respiratory Care Practitioner assumes responsibility for respiratory care delivered to patients in various clinical settings.

They perform basic interpretation of electrocardiograms and identify life-threatening arrhythmias.

The practitioner provides consistent relevant data on patient conditions to the physicians via assessments and consultations.

They perform intubation procedures successfully.

Call, weekends, and holidays are required for this position.
