Position Summary
As an Associate Production Manager, you'll ensure the production plan and all functional operations are fully achieved on time and in compliance during off shifts. You'll manage teams across all areas of plant operations, focusing on employee safety, product quality, hygiene, cost, and environmental needs. Your role involves driving continuous improvement through TPM, empowering and developing people, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You'll create a workplace culture that engages and motivates associates at all levels.

You'll supervise Production Supervisors and hourly production employees, ensuring effective staff management and team deployment.
Requirements
Experience
Minimum five years of manufacturing production, purchasing, and / or packaging experience with progressive responsibility leading people. Experience in different manufacturing environments and success leading projects in various departments and functions. TPM implementation experience preferred.
Skills
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, high energy level, and excellent follow-up skills. Creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Great people skills, maintaining a positive attitude, and the ability to motivate people are essential.
