Project Coordinator - Commercial Construction

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join a growing construction group based in Delray Beach, Florida. This position supports the Chief Engineering and Senior Leadership teams on large-scale commercial and civil projects across the U.S., ensuring precision and organization in all aspects of project execution.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the construction industry and is skilled in coordinating permitting, bidding, contracts, and project documentation for federal, state, and private-sector work.

This is a full-time, in office position Monday - Friday. No opportunity for remote / hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily coordination support to the Chief Engineer and executive leadership team on active and upcoming projects.
• Manage permitting, bonding, and contract administration for both federal and state-level projects.
• Support bidding and proposal preparation, ensuring compliance with client and agency requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, submittals, and change orders through Procore or Viewpoint Vista (construction management software).
• Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables using advanced Excel reporting tools.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure effective communication.
• Assist with account management activities and project expansion initiatives.
