Graduate of an AMA accredited school for Respiratory Care

NY State license

CRT Certified by the National Board for Respiratory Care

RRT Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care

Prior experience preferred, not required

BLS certification required

ACLS, NRP, and PALS preferred

Knowledge of acid / base / electrolyte relationships and implications of life-threatening situations.

Establishes patient ventilator settings using metric measurements / advanced principles of volume, flow, pressure, and time relationships.
