- Responding to inquiries via phone and in person.
- Assisting customers in locating products that meet their needs.
- Providing accurate quotes and processing orders efficiently.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any customer concerns that may arise.
- Documenting customer interactions and updating account information.
- Proactively generating new sales leads to contribute to our growth.
- Gaining comprehensive knowledge of our full range of products and services.
- Collaborating closely with the warehouse team to resolve order and shipping issues.
- Working with the Finance department to ensure accurate billing and documentation.
- Adapting to different time zones to work effectively with our diverse client base.
- Preparing client quotes, proposals, and engaging presentations.
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Multitasking to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Providing prompt feedback and swift issue resolution for our customers.
- Submitting timely and accurate activity reports.
- Utilizing strong computer skills, particularly with MS Windows.
- Continuously striving to understand our pricing structures and product offerings.
- Being mindful of schedules and committed to delivering all projects on time.
- Coordinating with internal and external Project Managers to ensure seamless project delivery.
