Over 1 million homeowners have benefited from our simple, fast, and frictionless technology that makes the adoption of these products more affordable, accessible, and easier to understand. Thousands of professionals deploying home efficiency and solar solutions rely on GoodLeap’s proprietary, AI-powered applications and developer tools to drive more transparent customer communication, deeper business intelligence, and streamlined payment and operations. Our platform has led to more than $27 billion in financing for sustainable solutions since 2018.

GoodLeap is also proud to support our award-winning nonprofit, GivePower, which is building and deploying life-saving water and clean electricity systems, changing the lives of more than 1.6 million people across Africa, Asia, and South America.

  • Set measurable goals for social content and cross‐channel programs; work with others on the marketing team to determine the proper KPIs and tools necessary to measure. Collaborate internally with PR and product marketing teams to build holistic social media programming.
  • Analyze data, write concise metrics recaps and report on the results to the marketing team and management. Manage online reputation.
  • Help manage social channels for related GoodLeap entities, including the nonprofit GivePower.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities :

  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Prior experience in building and executing social media from the ground up
  • Creative; with the ability to develop a high volume of new content ideas and modify graphics in collaboration with design teams
  • Analytical; has a keen understanding of social media KPIs by post type and platform, how to track to business objectives and how to analyze data to craft narratives and reports
  • Highly organized; ability to work on many projects with moving timelines
  • Proven track record for developing original content programs
  • A solid understanding of third‐party social media / influencer tracking tools
  • Ability to work with a team of individuals to meet organizational goals
  • Must be a self‐starter with a drive to produce results and impact, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
  • Compensation : $100,000 - $120,000 annually
