Mill Maintenance Technician

Attention skilled technicians! We're hiring a full-time day shift Mill Maintenance Technician at Gold-Eagle Cooperative in Eagle Grove, IA. Offering a competitive hourly rate of $25 - $30 / hour (based on experience) and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Don't forget our awesome benefits, available after a 30-day probation period! This includes :

ABOUT THIS MILL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB

This is a full-time day shift gig, Monday to Friday, running from 7 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm . We value your time and recognize the need for a work-life balance, within reason.

As a Mill Maintenance Technician, you start your day ready to tackle routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues. Safety is a priority as you quietly ensure the mill equipment operates smoothly. Engaging with the crew, you discuss necessary adjustments and improvements, ensuring a productive day.
