What You’ll Do As a Bathroom Installer, your responsibilities will include :

Ensuring all jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards Maintaining a  clean, safe, and professional jobsite  at all times Interacting with homeowners to ensure a  five-star, white glove customer experience Working with the team to resolve challenges in the field quickly and effectively Protecting company tools, equipment, and vehicles What We’re Looking For Prior experience as a  bathroom installer, carpenter, or home improvement technician  (preferred) Strong skills in  carpentry, plumbing basics, and construction Detail-oriented with a commitment to  quality and craftsmanship Strong communication and customer service skills A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to learn new systems Valid driver’s license and clean driving record ( required ) Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (hourly or salary depending on experience) Bonus opportunities  based on performance and customer satisfaction Company vehicle and tools provided Paid training and advancement opportunities Supportive, family-owned culture with long-term stability Schedule Full-time, 4 Day Work Week Occasional Saturdays if needed (with overtime pay) How to Apply If you’re a skilled installer or craftsman ready to build a career with a  trusted, family-owned company , we’d love to hear from you.
