Strategic Account Development Manager
The position will lead strategic account development and drive revenue growth across the horticulture vertical, leveraging SATO's advanced labeling solutions and printing technologies with a strong emphasis on inkjet printing technologies. This role demands a seasoned professional with strong knowledge of channel and direct sales, demonstrated success in go-to-market strategy execution, ability to engage prospects through multiple channels (trade shows / onsite visits), and in-depth inkjet printing knowledge to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and solution development.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum five (5)+ years of experience in technical or solution-based sales within labeling, printing. Horticulture industry experience preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of inkjet printing systems / technology and its applications in horticultural labeling.
Demonstrated success managing strategic accounts and complex sales cycles.
Experience designing and implementing go-to-market strategies.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Experience in both direct and channel sales environments.
Excellent verbal, written and client-facing communication skills.
Functional working knowledge of CRM software, databases, and tools.
Awareness of industry's latest technology trends and applications.
Ability to think strategically and implement resulting action items.
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
