About The Role

Our engineering team has scaled from 12 to 40+ engineers in the past year. Were looking for experienced mid?to?senior?level Engineering Managers to help us navigate this next phase. Youve led teams of around 10 engineers at varying levels and know how to build for scalehiring, career development, mentorship, org design, and beyond.

Office Location

We are a hybrid company based in the Bay Area with offices in both San?Francisco & Menlo Park. We care about work?life balance and understand that flexibility is sometimes necessary.

What you will do

• Build and own backend and full?stack systems that power partner integrations and patient access.
• Architect features that enable multi?state rollouts, new clinical programs, and scalable delivery models.
• Turn bespoke partner requests into reusable platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, data, ops, and clinical teams to launch high?impact solutions.
• Lead projects end to endfrom scoping and design through implementation and rollout.
• Shape the technical direction of Partner Engineering as we scale nationally.
