Locals accepted : (Y / N) What is the local radius rule? No locals (75 miles)

Pending License accepted : (Y / N) No

RTO Restrictions : We will not allow more than 1 week RTO in a contract

Patient Diagnoses : Stroke, Brain injury and spinal cord injuries

Special Equipment : Hoyer Lift, Sit to stand lift

Skills : Acute Rehab hospital, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident)
