The Site Flight Deck Leader will be responsible for leading the implementation and sustainment of GE Aerospace's FLIGHT DECK operating system at the site level. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive cultural transformation, ensure operational alignment with SQDC priorities, and deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Lean Leadership

• Lead the deployment of FLIGHT DECK principles, tools, and methodologies across the site.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to achieve SQDC targets.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, Hoshin Kanri planning, and problem-solving sessions.
