Assistant General Counsel, Contracting

Position Summary

KPMG is currently seeking an Associate General Counsel, Contracting to join KPMG's OGC Contracting Group.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for drafting and negotiation of various contracts, including engagement letters, statements of work, master services agreements, and multi‑firm engagement agreements with the firm’s clients for various services, including audit, tax and advisory services
• Provide counseling on the legal issues associated with the implementation of negotiated contractual terms
• Establish and maintain contracting processes and templates
• Conduct legal research to support Contracting attorneys in advising clients
