What you will do :

• Engineer and deploy sophisticated electrical control systems customized for complex automation initiatives in manufacturing and fabrication environments
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot code for Fanuc robots, Allen Bradley PLCs, HAAS CNC machines, and HMI interfaces to ensure smooth system functionality
• Lead hands-on diagnostics and root cause analysis to address production issues and boost operational reliability and throughput
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance custom fixtures, tooling, and integrated automation systems aligned with evolving production demands
• Conduct rigorous in-house testing, analyze production data, and support continuous improvement efforts in safety, quality, and efficiency while staying current with emerging automation technologies

What you will need to be successful :

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, controls engineering, or a closely related discipline preferred to support technical depth in the role
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in automation, electrical controls, and system integration, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments
• Proficient in Allen Bradley PLCs, Fanuc robotic systems, and HAAS CNC equipment, with the ability to program, troubleshoot, and optimize performance
• Familiar with AutoCAD Electrical and Autodesk Inventor for electrical schematics, panel layouts, and mechanical design collaboration
• Strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset for solving complex challenges and driving continuous improvement
