Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state eligibility

Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience

BLS certification required

Strong clinical skills in perioperative and surgical nursing

Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care abilities

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate perioperative care to surgical patients

Assist surgeons and surgical teams throughout operative procedures

Maintain and prepare a sterile environment in the operating room

Monitor patient status, vital signs, and respond to changes in condition

Accurately document all aspects of patient care and surgical procedures

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
