Job Summary :
The Team Lead will assist in running all front-of-house fitness studio operations. The focus of this position is to support the Studio Manager in all aspects of management pertaining to the fitness studio and is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales and renewals, retail and concession sales, maximizing workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Maintains accurate records using established Orangetheory Fitness sales systems
Establishes and maintains an effective referral program
Conducts telephone inquiries / follow up calls / customer care calls
Leads Orangetheory Fitness studio previews with prospects and / or fitness program holders
Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly and positive entrance into the OTF studio
Gives studio tours
Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
Proper onboarding of all Orangetheory Fitness clients
Job Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous management experience preferred
Previous sales experience - sales management experience, highly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous customer service and sales experience preferred
Strong ability to multi-task and stay organized
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, or related software
Health & Fitness minded - strongly preferred
Ability to work and function in a team environment
Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holiday hours, as needed.
