The Accounting Manager position is responsible but not limited to :

• Assist with preparing bank and other reconciliation.
• General cashiering and tracking house banks.
• Reconcile payroll and resolve any errors.
• Assist with month-end closing process including uploading any journals and running of reports.
• Reconcile and prepare balance sheets for the complex.
• Reviewing, investigating, and analyzing General Ledger variances. Call attention to trends and collect information.
• Assisting with year-end audit process and reporting.
• Ensure a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard asset and improve operations and profitability.
• Assist employee and 3rd party with accounting related inquiries.
• Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence and encourage others; advocates sound financial / business decision making; demonstrates honesty / integrity; leads by example.
• Fill in and support coworkers and team as needed to ensure efficient operation.
• Perform duties, special assignments and projects as requested by management.

The role requires the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities. The individual must have a high energy level and the ability to be creative and think independently. Excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills are a must.
