Per Diem LPN

Job Summary:


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care in various healthcare settings throughout Allentown, PA. This flexible role offers the opportunity to work on an as-needed basis, accommodating your schedule while delivering essential patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Deliver direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  
  
• Monitoring: Assess and monitor patient vital signs, reporting any significant changes to the supervising Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
  
  
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
  
• Patient Support: Assist patients with activities of daily living, providing emotional support and promoting comfort.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Current and valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  
  
• Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
  
  
• Certifications: Current CPR certification
  
  
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  
• Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
