Program Analyst

TechOp Solutions is seeking a Program Analyst to support a high-visibility federal program. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing deliverables, supporting program operations, engaging stakeholders, and producing high-quality documentation in a fast-paced environment. This role is well-suited for a motivated analyst who can balance independent ownership with collaborative execution across a large, mission-driven team.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Track, manage, and produce program deliverables with high accuracy and attention to detail.
2. Coordinate reviews and ensure all submissions meet quality, formatting, and compliance standards.
3. Support program operations through meeting facilitation, action tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
4. Provide clear verbal and written updates to government stakeholders and program leadership.
5. Develop and deliver briefings, status updates, talking points, and decision-ready materials.
6. Support meeting preparation, agenda development, and follow-through.
7. Assess current processes, workflows, and documentation to identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
8. Support the development of streamlined procedures, automated workflows, and enhanced documentation tools.
9. Assist with gathering and analyzing data, synthesizing insights, and presenting recommendations in a clear, actionable manner.
10. Draft, edit, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, guides, and policy documents.
11. Develop high-quality presentations, storyboards, and executive-level decks.
12. Support knowledge capture and organization across shared systems and repositories.

Work location:

• Telework, with occasional in-person work sessions in the Washington, D.C. area.
• Candidates must be local to the Washington, D.C. region.
