Compensation Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1360 - $1460 per week ER RN Job Details – Texas Healthcare Jobs Location : Round Rock, TX (78681) – Top-rated schools, beautiful parks, and close to Austin’s cultural attractions Assignment Type : Travel Nursing – Emergency Room Registered Nurse Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 10 / 27 / 2025 – End : 1 / 26 / 2026) Shift : 12-hour nights (3 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM), rotating weekends Hours per Week : 36 Unit : Emergency Department – 48 private rooms, 27 hallway stretchers, 9 Fast Track, 5 Behavioral Health Electronic Medical Record : MEDITECH EMR Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS Strong multitasking, teamwork, and self-motivation skills Preferred : Experience with MEDITECH EMR, trauma care, behavioral health, and inpatient holding Ability to follow hospital policies and dress code (navy blue scrubs for RNs) ER Nurse Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency care to patients in a busy ER setting Perform and assist with procedures : splinting, EKGs, central monitoring, trauma assists, central lines, airway support, behavioral health de-escalation, rapid infuser, and resuscitation Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members including charge nurses, PCTs, paramedics, and LVNs Maintain accurate clinical documentation using MEDITECH EMR Adhere to patient ratios (1 : 4 ED, 1 : 5 Behavioral Health, 1 : 3 cardiac / trauma) Participate in unit activities and foster a positive, team-oriented culture Apply now to join our healthcare team in Round Rock, Texas and advance your career as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse!
