Job Offer
We are looking for an Electromechanical Technician based in the Wichita Falls, Texas, USA, who will be responsible for handling the mechanical and electrical maintenance of our special machines used in glass handling.
You will be hired directly by the American branch, Italcarrelli USA Corp.

Your responsibilities will include :
- Installing spare parts, performing maintenance and repairs, and conducting necessary tests on machines manufactured by Italcarrelli S.p.A. at the Customer's site
- Diagnosing errors or technical issues and working with the Italcarrelli Technical Team to determine appropriate solutions
- Providing customer service and technical assistance
- Collaborating with the Italcarrelli Technical Team to share technical information
- Working with Italcarrelli's Sales Department to promote and sell spare parts
- Properly documenting the completion of each job in the company's management system
- During the commissioning of a new machine at the Customer's facility, configuring the machine and training the Customer's operators on the machine's features and functionality
- Tracking work progress and scheduling activities
- Building strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and promoting Italcarrelli's services
- Willing to consider travel requirements, up to 50% travel within the U.S.

Working hours
Full-time daily work from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.
