Your Role & Impact

As Senior Clinical Informaticist, you’ll serve as a strategic liaison between informatics and clinical / business teams, translating clinical needs into effective EHR solutions. You’ll lead design, build, testing, and optimization of clinical applications, mentor analysts, and drive high-impact projects that enhance workflows and improve patient outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science or related field

EPIC Certification

6–8 years of healthcare experience directly supporting an EHR application

Experience with EHR implementation and / or version upgrades

Strong understanding of healthcare delivery workflows and project management methodology

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web conferencing tools

Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and clinical learning methodologies

Familiarity with data analysis tools such as MS Office, Visio, and simulation software

Must be within a reasonable commute to San Marcos, CA

Bonus : Master’s degree in Healthcare or Informatics, RN or RT license, direct patient care experience, project management experience, valid CA driver’s license and insurance

The pay range for this role is $102,000 - $158,000 on an annual basis.
