We are looking for an experienced Freezer Selector to join our warehouse in Carrollton, TX and be the Lead for our freezer team. As the Lead you will be required to assist the warehouse supervisor in the following areas : all aspects of SAFETY, customer service, freezer order selection, order accuracy, general maintenance of warehouse and equipment and personnel supervision. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operational needs are met and exceed daily performance expectations and to increase the company's overall performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Distribute orders
• Help maintain daily operations tempo at a high standard. For example, freezer selectors are clocking in and out at the proper times, being productive during work hours, following up with freezer selectors as the day progresses
• Assist freezer selectors when they are falling behind
• Ensure all freezer selectors are complying with company regulatory and safety policies
• Check orders
• Maintain and utilize warehouse equipment and perform user level preventative maintenance
• Coordinate loading
• Be a key holder and lock up for the day
• Sunday rotation is required

Qualifications :

Able to organize and replenish locations with the first in first out method

Keep freezer clean

Regularly required to lift 50lbs or more

Regularly required to stand, stoop, squat, lift and kneel

Must have recent STANDUP forklift experience (tested at time of interview)

Recent RF scanner experience

Any other duties or tasks that the company requires

Pay and Benefits :

$22 / hour

Benefits after 60 days
