Job descriptionFollow established standards of nursing practices and implement community programs policies and procedures. Conduct resident rounds daily reporting problems to supervisor and initiating corrective action. Identify safety hazards and initiate corrective action immediately. Castroville TX 78009 : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Unencumbered RN or LVN State of Texas license. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Electronic Medical Record Experience required PCC preferred.
Medina Valley is currently interviewing for a nurturing LVN or RN to add to our compassionate team of nursing professionals.
Shifts Available : NEEDING 2P-10P MONDAY - FRIDAY
Starting Pay : $24 per- negotiable upon experience
