The QA Technician supports the quality assurance and testing processes for medical and electronic devices in compliance with FDA regulations and company quality standards. This role involves performing diagnostic testing, inspection, and documentation to ensure product reliability, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and a background in electronics or biomedical systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct quality inspections and electronic testing of biomedical components and systems.Operate diagnostic and test equipment including oscilloscopes, signal generators, and multimeters .Ensure compliance with FDA regulations , Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and internal quality procedures.Document inspection results, testing data, and any product nonconformance findings accurately.Collaborate effectively with engineers, production, and QA teams to resolve quality issues.Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and reporting.Maintain and calibrate test equipment and quality tools.Perform other related duties as assigned by supervision.Required Experience :
Strong understanding of electronics or electrical systems testing .Experience working in regulated manufacturing or medical device environments .Familiarity with FDA, ISO, and GMP compliance standards .Effective communication across multiple organizational levels.Nice-to-Have Experience :
Background in biomedical, electronics, or medical device QA .Military or trade school experience in Electrical or Engineering Technology .Previous work with calibration and validation testing protocols.Required Skills :
Communication - clear and professional interaction across departments.Computer proficiency - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Electronics knowledge - hands-on experience with diagnostic tools.Preferred Skills :
Attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy.Problem-solving in technical testing environments.Understanding of FDA documentation and compliance reporting.Additional Skills :
