Contractor Workforce Management Specialist
Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a Contractor Workforce Management Specialist to support the Resource Management Office (RMO) in overseeing and managing workforce tracking and access requirements for all contracts issued in support of ASD(S) and ASD(EI&E). This role provides direct support for Contractor Workforce Review Board (CWRB) coordination, Common Access Card (CAC) processing, and associated contract documentation management. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of contractor workforce data and access documentation while maintaining a secure and auditable repository of records.
Responsibilities
Collect, compile, and process all CWRB and CAC requests for contracts supporting ASD(S) and ASD(EI&E).
Review submitted requests to validate the accuracy of data, such as financial details, FTE counts (on-site and off-site), and contractor staff information.Ensure complete and accurate documentation for personnel requiring CACs and / or building access.Documentation & Repository MaintenanceCompile and maintain data for all CWRB and CAC requests.
Develop and enforce a consistent naming convention for repositories housing CWRB and CAC documentation.Update repository records and documents within one (1) workday of receiving requests from the initiating office or action officer.Compliance & AuditingCoordinate CWRB and CAC requests in alignment with Acquisition & Sustainment (A&S) Contract Management Office requirements.
Perform annual audits during the anniversary month of each contract award to ensure all CWRBs and CACs remain current, active, and required.Required Qualifications
Active SECRET clearance (or ability to obtain).Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field (maybe substituted with equivalent work experience).Strong organizational skills with proven experience in data / document management.Familiarity with DoD personnel, access requirements and contract support documentation (e.g., IGCEs, PWS).Ability to maintain accurate records, track multiple workflows, and ensure compliance under strict timelines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Desired Qualifications
Prior experience supporting DoD Contractor Workforce Review Boards (CWRB) or CAC processing.Knowledge of Acquisition & Sustainment (A&S) Contract Management processes.Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across functional and contract management offices.Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining secure and auditable repositories of contract workforce documentation.
